The Smart-Thinker HomePage module allows your users to create and maintain their own web page. If you've ever used
PageFlakes or
Live then you will have an idea of what to expect. Imagine this capability on your DotNetNuke website!
Each user gets their
own page with admin rights so they can add modules, change styles and generally customize the look and feel of their page to suit them! They can then give their homepage URL out to their friends and family. Think of it like a personal dashboard - similar to My Yahoo.
They have complete control over the layout and content of their page; here are some examples that a user could use it for:

sharing recent holiday snaps

an RSS Feed of their favourite news channel

the weather in their home city

starting a blog to educate the world
-
a list of their favourite links so they don't have to keep typing them in!

a picture of their pet cat of course!
