A lot of changes have been done on the website home page to make it simpler and easier to navigate. Some old information was not really of benefit to the user, and we have cleared out a lot of old pages and redundant information.
Starting with the Smart-Thinker HomePage module, we are simplifying the layout for each product page. You can see the new lay out here. Hopefully you'll agree it is much simpler to understand at a glance what the module does, what's possible, and what other user's think about it. As you can see we now have a Customer Review page for each module for Testimonials, Ratings, Seen in Action and comments. There is aslo a tab called Tips and Tricks (more on this later) which shows off little-known functionality for that module.
We've updated our Licensing Agreement page with the new Trial Module information, as well as the new Portal Licensing information (more on this later).
We've added a new User-Submitted Forum (more on this later) for modules showcased by our users.
We've padded out the FAQ page with more useful questions and aggregated the various FAQs from around the site.
We've updated our Support page and made it clearer how to raise a support call and how to best find the information you seek to solver a problem.
We've updated our Surveys - please take part if you have not already - all information is public.
And lastly, at some point we will upgrade to 4.3.3. Our first attempt (from 3.2.0) was unsuccessful so we are waiting for some feedback to our questions.
