The Smart-Thinker Utilities module is designed to tidy up all the little bits of functionality that are lying around and require separate modules.

It is also an easy way to add client side Jscript to a page through the UI. It has a built in Yahoo IM indicator, as well as "Skype Call Me" button. If you need a page to refresh periodically you can use the timer function, or you could redirect to a new page after a certain amount of time. If you have a gallery, you could also add "No Right Click" ability to the page with a custom message.
