This is a legal agreement between You, the subscriber, and Smart-Thinker. By subscribing, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this agreement.
All ownership and copyright of the modules and resources remain the property
of Smart-Thinker. Smart-Thinker grants to you a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable right
to use the module royalty-free according to the license terms for any
commercial or personal design and software projects. You may also
reference the the modules in related documentation, help files, and advertising
materials.
You may modifiy the source or module and use
the modified module royalty-free according to the license terms for any
commercial or personal design and software projects. You may also
display the modified modules modules in related documentation, help files, and
advertising materials.
You may not lease, license or sub-license the modules, or a subset of the modules, or any modified modules to any third party.
All modules are provided "As is" without warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to hold
Smart-Thinker harmless for any result that may occur during the course of
using the licensed modules.
This License Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance
with the laws of the United Kingdom. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction
will apply. If any provision of this License Agreement is held to be
unenforceable, this License Agreement will remain in effect with the
provision omitted.
