Details: I am looking for a way to build a url (url parameters) in order to list users in the profile directory by role and other profile properties.

e.g. smart-thinker.com/tabid/564/default.aspx?role=athlete&fname=John&state=texas

Basically provide a way to define multiple search parameters via a url
