Friends only Profile settings

Details: I would like to see an option for users set the profile to only be viewed by friends. If you are not a friend and try to view the profile, it states that only x's friends can view their profile, and have an "add to friends" link there.

PS - that would allow you to open up the profiles for non-registered users to view, and still give users privacy if they want it...

This has been implemented in 4.3.13
