Details:	Would like to see a "Recommendations" capability added to UserProfile. An example of this sort of functinality is in LinkedIn.

I was thinking of designing a "rating" system like ebay a few years ago - I guess this ties in with it - as much as I like the idea it is unfortunately a huge task and therefore will need to be in demand for it to happen.
