Adding testimonials

Details:	Most of social networking sites like MySpace allows user to give testimonials to their friends. This is a good add-on that users usually like.

That is funny, I had this idea while on holiday! I want to spec out a Testimonial system and rating system so that users can rate other users like on eBay. The tricky part will be integration - eg. who can rate who and under what conditions.

Can you raise a post titled Testimonials on the UserProfile forum so we can thrash out some ideas (if you could give your requirements and how you see it working that would be a good start)
