Add "Invite this friend to an event" button on My Friend List page

Details:	This is to integrate Events module and User Profile module. In My Frienly List module, add a button "Invite to attend an event" to invite this friend to an event. This is useful become most of the time you would invite your friends instead of strangers to an event.

Hi,

Yes, this is on the cards - there is already an "AddToEvent" token and image, I just have not made it public. I need to work on the intermediate screen at some point in time (the one that will show the list of YOUR events etc.)

I hope to get this done in the next 2 months but got a lot on!
