lists specific to a module

Details:	It would be great if categories, dress code etc could be specific to a module instance.

I'm afraid this is not going to happen - I am still waiting for Lists to be at Portal Level, but I can't see them being at module level - this would require a big re-architecture of the underlying tables.

I did notice some changes in the last version of DNN - they have moved PortalID into the Lists table which means at least now you can use Lists for different portals, but I have not been able to work out how to do this yet.
