Invite/Add to Groups option

Details:	For our use of groups (before the change in the latest release) we need it to be 'add' to groups, so there is no acceptance or approval required by the user. Could this be optional, possibly for administrators only so they can instantly add users to groups, whereas other users are inviting others to groups? Depending on it's use, others may also like it to be optional for users to automatically add to groups... for us, it is an administrator need.

This is a great module. I was very happy to see the option to invite groups but I was hoping that this would mean when a new user joins the group, after the fact, they would automatically be invited to the events that the group had been invited too, previously.

The groups resolve into User records when they are added - they are not linked via the GroupID from then on - this would be quite a big change in the backend, but lets see if it is popular or not.
