The invite should include the "invitation/calendar" entry that can be accepted by GMail or Yahoo

Details:	The email generated by the module is a plain text email. The invite should include a "calendar" entry that can be accepted by GMail or Yahoo.. and subsequently displayed in Google Calendar or Yahoo Calendar. So the idea is to schedule the event in dnn and send an invite to the users.. and let them accept the invite, and add it to their calendar system that works with their email

If the event is canceled, it should send a cancel in an email also.
