Details:	Define a period (probably before the event) in which people can RSVP to the event.

Can you go into more detail about the business logic around this? I have not seen any event sites (correct me if I am wrong) that allow this - it seems quite specific - normally when a person makes an event they send out the invites and expect RSVPs - under what conditions would you want to delay this?
