Group Owners and Members can Invite New Members

Details: I think that perhaps it would be easier if the group owner or a group member could invite new members. There would be a setting that the group owner could select to allow members to invite new group members. With this feature the work related to growing a group membership does not fall on one person.

Letting Group and Event members invite is logical to me. I would have to say this is a priority for the Group. This is useful for having members inviting new users to the site and the group. BUT having this function means, we (the group owner) need a user manager control to kick and block members out of the group.
