Close RSVP by Pre-determined Date

Details: This module is awesome but all the times I want people to RSVP, I want to be able to close down RSVP prior to the event. This allows me to plan materials and food based on that count. Without this feature, they could RSVP at the last minute and might not have enough food or material for those attendees.
