Blank user Profile Module  (N/A)

When clicking on a user  profile I get a blank page (module not displayed), but the module can be seen under admin login.

I tried to chnage the view module setting from registered user to all users with no luck, Any explaination?

Manar

When you say the "module is not displayed" - do you mean literally nothing is displayed, or the container is rendered but there is no profile in it? Can you paste the URL of the profile page (after you have a clicked on a profile) - I want to make sure it is passing in the correct UserID. What are you clicking on to go to the profile page?

Can you also check your Log Viewer immediately after you do this to see if any error messages are being logged.

Thanks

Re: Blank user Profile Module  (Australia)

That message is displayed on the Edit user page when a user tried to edit another users page. Are you sure you are pointing at the right page? It looks like your previous page is sending you to the Edit Profile page, or you have this module on the same page as the receiving profile page (which is not possible).

Thanks
