| (Module version 04.03.10, DNN version 4.8)
Using the module "Smart-Thinker - UserProfile - UserList", with Default Mode set to List View, if I change the Records per Page to 50 or more, the module shows two entries for every item in the list. If I switch it back to 20 or less, the duplicates remain. If I delete the module and re-add it on a different page, the problem goes away (set to 20 Records per Page) until I change to settings to 50 or more, then the problem returns.

Hmm - I have not heard of this issue before and not sure how it could be happening! Are you using core module caching on this module? Can you send me a screenshot of the problem (attach it here please) so I can easlier diagnose the problem.

I haven't touched the caching, so it should be using the defaults.
Can I just email you the screenshot? It has some private information in it that I would rather not appear on a public forum.

Hmm -that is very odd - I'm not sure how this could be happening. Would it be possible to get Admin access to your portal so I can try a few things? (I want to set up a test page and try different configurations of the UP module to try and deduce what is happening).

Interesting! Can you have a look at the "Daryl" user and confirm how many roles he is a member of? Also, if you chanhe the PageSize ddl or from Images to List does it affect the error?

Haven't configure much about the roles yet. All the users listed in there are both 'Registered Users' and 'subscribers' except the admin accounts.
No, both changing ddl or list view doesn't affect anything.

Well, it seems most of people who's using this module have no problem, I'll try a new install of dnn and do the whole thing again to see if I got the same problem. I'll let you know soon. |

Ok, can you try one thing for me please - can you remove one of these users from one of those roles (so that they are in one role only) and report back to me if that user is still duplicated? There could be a problem in the Role/User join.

You are right Rodney, I deleted daryl from the 'subscriber' role,and left the 'registered user' role there. The result in below...
