Profile Picture Error  (N/A)

I get this every now and then when someone tries to change their profile picture.

I wonder if this is caused by a virus scanner or indexing service that is locking the file - I have never seen this before! Does it happen to the same users regularily or to different users? If you have a virus scanner enabled can you disabled it and see if the problem still occurs please?

Different website.. I don't think I can disable virus scanner.

Ok, this is a standard locked-file issue (ie. it could happen to any module that tried to write to a file. The problem is finding out what is locking it! Does it happen consitently or to random users at different time? That last error looks like you may have been trying to delete the image - what were you doing at the time?

I/users get this error when they are trying to change their profile pic. I am using the random pic assignment feature.
