Forum Guidelines

Please ensure you follow the bug-raising guidelines (e.g. post the full error from your Event Viewer) if you are raising a support call. To request a feature in a module, please use Feature Requests (unless you want to discuss it here in more detail first). If you have an urgent feature that you would like to see in the product then you should consider a Sponsored Enhancement.

Configuration issues and no time to read the Forums/Documentation? See our DotNetNuke Premium Support Service.

We need your opinion! Please read our proposed new CrowdSourcing development method and let us know if you would be interested and if it might work.

small bugs  (United States)
I have run into a couple of small bugs/suggestions for the WebCam module.

1) the url field does not accept ip addresses.
2) the url field does not accept underscore character (I cannot put up this traffic cam image: http://sim_fdot.smartraveler.com/01.jpg)
3) the refresh field maxes out at 99999 (roughly 100 seconds)...it would be nice to be able to go up into the minutes (the image above refreshes every 3 min)

Thanks

Re: small bugs  (N/A)
Hello

Sorry to hear you are having problems - unfortunately we do not support this module as it was a one off customization for a site. It is however merely a clientside refreshing script on the core DNN IFrame module (which would have the same bugs).

The best I can do is offer to send you the source code for it so you can download the core IFrame module (hopefully those problems have been ironed out) and transfer the new code into it.

Thanks
Rodney
