Set modules for users home page  (United Kingdom)
Hi Is there any way that I can define the modules I want the user to have availble to them pre loaded into their page? with the ability for them not to remove them? Also is it possible to set a link from an the repository item that goes to the users individual home page? Thanks Dan

Re: Set modules for users home page  (N/A)
Hi Dan,

Sorry, you must think I am ignoring you but I was not notified of this post ;)

The defined modules are the templates that others have discussed on this Forum - I think there was a discussion on it quite recently - the conclusion is that it is top priority for this module but it is a long way off as I am not due to work on this module for some time.

The ability to not remove them is unfortunately not possible without modifying the core (there was a long discussion on this too recently)

If you navigate to a user's homepage then you can copy the URL like normal, but you would need to customize the Repository code to load this URL dynamically based on TabID - this would require you to change the source of the core module - you would not be able to do it with a template.

Thanks
Rodney
