Please ensure you follow the bug-raising guidelines (e.g. post the full error from your Event Viewer) if you are raising a support call. To request a feature in a module, please use Feature Requests (unless you want to discuss it here in more detail first). If you have an urgent feature that you would like to see in the product then you should consider a Sponsored Enhancement.

Alternate Payment Methods  (United Kingdom)
Modified By Rodney Joyce on 2/24/2006 8:38:09 AM)
Besides PayPal, we now also support 2Checkout.

You can use these links to subscribe using 2Checkout:

Silver Subscription
Gold Subscription
Gold Developer Subscription

Please refer to the Subscription Plans for the latest prices and offers.
If you use 2Checkout, please note that this is a manual process and we will receive an email and will add you to the correct role. Feel free to send us an email to remind us! We hope to automate this in the future.

If you don't use PayPal or 2Checkout then please let us know here!

Thanks
Rodney

Re: Alternate Payment Methods  (N/A)

I think I had a subscription but it might have expired, so I tried to buy a new one.

I think I paid for the Silver 6 month $179 with a credit card, but it wanted me to go on and open a paypal account, and I didn't,  so maybe I didn't pay at all.

Re: Alternate Payment Methods  (N/A)
Hi Craig,

It looks like you have a Silver Product Suite role that expired on the 18th of November (that would have been $49). I would recommend buying the 6 month Gold Suite as it is much cheaper in the long run, or even the Enterprise Suite (I give a 30% discount to re-purchases of the Enterprise Suite each year).

Do you have the address you would have used? It would either be 2Checkout.com or PayPal. Are you saying you don't have a PayPal account at all?

Thanks
Rodney
