I purchased the events module from snowcovered.com with a non-recurring silver subscription.  My user name is jbauer2.  How do I get authorized to download my purchase?

I have the same problem, I purchased a license of the smart-thinker events through snowcovered before I've read the different subscription-types on your site.

I'm unable to download the full module or to activate it in any way.

Is it possible to change my profile to download the events-module? Is it even possible to change the purchase in a silver product suite?

When necessary, I can send you my billing details.

Hello i have same problem. purchased via snowcovered, i did get the email asking for my account detials and i replied over 12 hours ago and i still cannot get my downloads!!
