Please ensure you follow the bug-raising guidelines (e.g. post the full error from your Event Viewer) if you are raising a support call. To request a feature in a module, please use Feature Requests (unless you want to discuss it here in more detail first). If you have an urgent feature that you would like to see in the product then you should consider a Sponsored Enhancement

module upload error  (Australia)
Modified By glen win on 5/9/2006 11:27:26 PM)

How do i upzip your file extension .chm ???

I just downloaded your modules and documents and save them into a folder …but I get error ‘Invalid File Extension For Custom Module Smart-Events’ when I try to install any  of your module? Also I cant read any of your document file with this file extension. Do I have to do anything else after downloading your modules?

Anyhow, I have no problem installing Scott McCulloch modules using the same procedures .

By the way- where can i get this Forum module?

Re: module upload error  (United Kingdom)
Hello Glen

The .chm file is a windows help file and is not zipped - just double click on it and windows should open it - this is the user guide.

The module downloads are here:
http://www.smart-thinker.com/MembersOnly/tabid/146/Default.aspx

For your extension problem, please see this thread:
http://www.smart-thinker.com/Forums/tabid/111/forumid/11/threadid/558/scope/posts/Default.aspx

Would you mind posting in the Events forum (if the problem is for that particular module) - thanks.

This Forum module is the DNN core module.

Thanks
Rodney
