Please ensure you follow the bug-raising guidelines (e.g. post the full error from your Event Viewer) if you are raising a support call. To request a feature in a module, please use Feature Requests (unless you want to discuss it here in more detail first). This thread is a list of common problems as they occur as the best way to solve them.

Firstly, before posting, please read the Module Configuration Guide and the User Admin Guide in your "\DesktopModules\Smart-Thinker - Events\Documentation"folder. This will answer a lot of questions.

Common problem #1) Error on Creating an Event

Symptoms: Module errors: Log shows error relating to AddPropertyInternal,  EventInviteType or ComboType

Solution: Follow actions described here:

Common problem #2) I am taken to the Home page when clicking on an Event instead of the Event Detail.

Symptoms: Module errors: "Event Detail currently unavailable" or similar. Redirects to Home page. "Invalid Event ID"
