Importing Events?  (United States)

Hi,

My customer needs to be able to import events in bulk from csv or something along that line. I see that you're planning on releasing that functionality soon. Any idea when are you going to release it?

Let me know, if it's going to take a long time, I may write something external to import events.

Thanks in advance for you help

Re: Importing Events?  (N/A)

Hi,

This functionality is some time off (due to more important features pushing it out the way, like event templating).

It should be fairly easy to achieve this with SQL Import though in the database - import it from the CSV file into a table then use some queries to move it across.

Thanks
Rodney

Re: Importing Events?  (N/A)

This should be very easy to do with SQL - can you dump your current data as a CSV/.xls file or SQL script and import it? Let me know if you need help with the SQL. (it really depends what format your current events moduel is in).

Thanks
