We offer a Premium Support service to help you get your DNN site up and running with our Smart-Thinker Product Suite.

The rate is $80 an hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour of work, regardless of the size of the problem.

How it works
We give you our IM or Skype details (do not use these outside of the support window please) and arrange a 1or 2 hours slot where we can be online at the same time. We will then do our best to solve your problems. It is essentially that we discuss the problems and a potential solution before-hand to manage expectations and identify what is possible etc. We are limited to the functionality of our modules and this does not affect the roadmap or feature list. We will issue you with a PayPal Invoice which needs to be paid in advance once the time slot has been scheduled. Please note that we work in GMT time, usually between the hours of 9am and 9pm, depending on the day.

The most common request is integration help with the Smart-Thinker Product Suite, usually to set the modules up like we have configured PokerDIY.com
Please note that there is a LOT of good information on the Forums about how to configure the modules, and you are free to ask questions if you are having problems understanding the ST Product Suite configuration options. We consider this live documentation, and we encourage you to spend some time perusing the Forums for advice and tips.

Occasionally a bug in the Smart-Thinker Product Suite causes configuration problems - if this is the case on you installation then we will not charge you for our time.
